voco Gosford residents are invited to experience Aqua Sculpt™ by M.O Movement before the official launch.

 

Join us on Saturday 22 August for a complimentary 15-minute floating Pilates sessions in the hotel’s heated pool.

 

No previous experience is required. Your instructor, Mel, will be there on the day to guide you through a short session, giving you the opportunity to preview what a full Aqua Sculpt class will be like before the official launch on 4 September. 

 

 

 

How the day will run:

First in first served with an option to arrive at 8 am and register for a specific time.

We will be taking 4 people at a time for 15 minute sessions.
